Using Emotes In Yahoo!

The goal of this page it to teach you step by step how to turn on emotes in your chat window. Messenger comes with some standard emotes, and since you have found my website you probably have installed some emotes.

After you enter a chat room you see a screen something like the one below.

Notice the little red exclamation point. The red exclamation point is the button to turn on and off the Emote selection window. The button is highlight below.

After pressing the button another window will open up on your chat window. It should look something like shown below.

The Emotes are available in the new window, which is highlight below.

Congratulations, you have turned emotes on. Now the fun begins!
